Salem Pengal Nala Sangam (SPNS) is a community organisation (CO) of female sex workers in Salem district of Tamil Nadu State in India. It emerged as a response to a felt need to make the informal community structures formal and a paradigm shift in programme management, where COs led and implemented interventions instead of non profits.

Founded in 2007, SPNS has 2300 members and is registered under Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act,1975

SPNS aims to improve the social status of vulnerable communities and facilitate their social integration.
